TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS TO IMPROVE THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ROAD TRANSPORT

    Get PDF
The paper reveals the topography contribution to the rehabilitation and modernization of infrastructure for road transport. Specifically, the surveying contribution in this case consisted of: bringing in the work area of new points needed to trace and for detail surveying; the processing of data gathered from the field resulted a significant amount of information with topo-cadastral interest; graphic representation of all elements measured and processed according to the needs and desired aspects to be highlighted

HETEROGENEITY OF RURAL AREA IN ROMANIA

In this paper, we will examine the heterogeneity of rural area viewed from three aspects: morphological, structural and functional. In Romania the rural area holds an important place from the point of view of the heterogeneity of the administrative territory (with small and very small, average, big and very big villages), the agricultural potential (by the contribution of agriculture in realizing the Gross Domestic Product, and demographic (share population in rural area). At the momentover 46% of Romanian population live in the 12957 thousand of rural habitation where the great part of manpower is concentrated in agriculture, sylviculture, fishing, providing a specific and viable life style of inhabitants and through the policies for modernization, the rural feature will be kept in perspective

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS CARRIED FOR DRAWING GENERAL URBAN PLAN OF A VILLAGE FOR AGROTOURISTIC ARRANGEMENT

    Get PDF
The paper aims at presenting a methodology and surveying equipment and technical documentation needed for the general urban plan, indispensable for agrotouristic arrangement works of a settlement. The investigations undertaken have shown that for preparing fast, accurate and detailed urban plan for the studied locality was necessary use of modern surveying technology, such as GPS technology, completed with the total station for surveying the details. It was also found that only use of such a method could produce a unitary and accurate urban plan with high efficiency, compliant with all requirements and technical standards imposed by law, for such work of great importance and complexity.Having the plan and technical data gathered from the field can be achieved in the best conditions a design and implementation at the highest level, of agrotouristical arrangement works in the locality

THE SUPPLY TENDENCY OF ROMANIAN AGRITOURISM

    Get PDF
In this paper, we will examine the Romanian agritourism from the perspectives of supply for agritourism in comparison with those of Romanian tourism markets in general. In Romania, a rural tourist infrastructure with small dimension accommodation functions (agritourist and tourist guesthouses) was developed with priority. If we compare the evolution of the number of agritourist guesthouses to that of the total number of tourist structures in Romania, the significant rhythm of growth (+2472.13 %) is noticeable in the case of agritourist guesthouses compared to the growth (+96.32%) registered by the total number of tourist accommodation structures existent in Romania. Following only the agritourist guesthouses by comparison of their number to the accommodation capacity, in the analyzed dynamics it is apparent that rhythms of growth decreased in the number of units, but increased in accommodation capacities. Thus, the number of units increases by +2472.13 %and the accommodation capacity existent increases by +8168.96% respectively +9302.73%

EFFICIENCY OF THE TOPOGRAPHIC WORKS FOR DETACHMENT OF A PROPERTY

    Get PDF
This paper refers to choice efficient ways of preparation topo-cadastral documentation in order to detachment a property and combine classical methods of measuring with elements of GPS technology. Determination of station points was performed by the RTK-Cinematic in real time using real-time differential corrections from the reference station RGN- GNSS integrated, and the contour and detail points of the land was done by polar coordinates method. All operations necessary to obtain the correction of the coordinate, directions and horizontal distances were performed using TopoLT program, based on data from the total station downloading. For the efficiency of the topographic work, required a series of facilities, especially modern devices, GPS receivers, total stations, and performant PCs, appropriate software for data recording and obtain the final products

SURVEYING DATA PROCESSING FOR EXTENSION, LAND REGISTRATION AND CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT

    Get PDF
In this work were pursued both measurement methods so that the time spent determining the points to be greatly reduced, but also how the selection and use programs designed for quick and accurate processing with a high control over measurements with which values obtained are closer to reality.Impact of technology-method can be successfully applied in the case of topo-cadastral works. The main quality characteristics of solution adopted in this case are represented by alignment techniques, methods and modern standards and the need to use modern technology, practically independent of increasing productivity and reducing costs

ELABORATING DOCUMENTATIONS FOR CHANGING THE CATEGORY OF USE TO CONSTRUCT A FIELD OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS

Determination of of the land contour points was achieved in the RTK-Real Time Kinematic (using real-time differential corrections from the reference stations integrated RGN-GNSS – Corabia and Slatina. The purpose of this work was the preparation of a site plan for reception PUZ in Caracal, T122, P12 and P13, buildable area, Olt County to build a photovoltaic park. Beneficiary of the aforementioned land, has the objective of developing an investment in renewable energy production

ACHIEVEMENT OF NETWORK SUPPORT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COMMUNICATION WAY

    Get PDF
One of the most important steps in the topographical survey for building a communication ways or drawing it on the ground is represented by achieving of the networking support. Of the total area of land affected by the road bypass South Craiova, 22.56 ha are owned by private individuals, the remaining 9.53 ha are the property of Romanian state. When performing network support was used Leica TCR 805 total station and Leica Sprinter 150 M electronic level. For downloading data and processing were used Autocad, TopoLT, ProfLT, Leica Geo Office Tools, Topograph, Microsoft Office Excel software. Network support was determined by a traverse at both ends supported on points with known coordinates

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO DESIGN ROAD DC 36 UPGRADING -STANESTI-STOILESTI, VALCEA COUNTY

    Get PDF
This paper aims at showing how to achieve the necessary technical documentation to design of the studied road upgrading works, using the technologies such as that GPS. Topo-cadastral works made so yielded high accuracies comparable to those obtained using total stations, but with a much higher yield and much less human, financial and material effort,. Measured data were processed with specialized software that allowed a rapid and accurate large-scale topographic plans, they create the opportunity that designer to take the best and effective design solutions and the constructor to perform work in the best conditions

SOME ASPECTS REGARDING THE USE OF GNSS TECHNOLOGY IN THE GENERAL CADASTRE WORKS IN ROMANIA

Is the use of GNSS technology in general cadastral works in Romania, in areas where this technology must take into account some aspects regarding the reception signals and the use of a measuring RTK that is otherwise agreed by ANCPI with some clarifications. Accuracy and issues that have to be respected in raising cadastral in Romania and in general cadastre are presented in this work and here presents ways that can fulfill the requirements, the Director ANCPI Order 700 as amended and the Law. 7/96. Finally, the conclusions drawn from the use of GNSS technology in cadastral elevations for the general cadastre are complied with, in compliance with the rules in force
